Marble Distilling Co. is a sustainable, zero-waste distillery nestled in the base of the Elk Mountains in the heart of Carbondale, Colorado’s Creative District. Marble handcrafts small batch spirits in the old world, artisanal style utilizing a Kentucky made Vendome copper pot still. Marble is the only distiller filtering its spirits through Yule marble, from the quarry in Marble, CO, (home of the Lincoln Memorial columns & the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier). Drink Sustainably.
Day & Time: By appointment. Summer tours are typically Friday & Saturday at 4 PM.

Marble Distilling Co. is also home to The Distillery Inn - the only inn in the world housed within a working distillery. Guests can "sleep with the stills" in luxury! Historic downtown Carbondale offers some of the best hiking, biking, fishing and hot springs in Colorado and is a short distance from world-class skiing.
